Symposium Interest

Information and Communication Technology (ICT) have fostered the way to access, manage, process, protect and exchange information in different areas (public-use, governmental, institutions, education, research, etc.). The junction of Computer Information Technology and the world wide-spread of Mobile Technology has propelled the development of ICT infrastructure and usage to a level never reached before. Today, the impact of ICT on the way to work in various fields is immense. Particularly, ICT has greatly impacted the activity of academic library in term of information access, retrieve, store, manipulate, and disseminate to users. The Web and cloud computing are used intensively as resources as well as a tool to remotely deliver library and institutional information services.
